Meditation Video

Remember to breathe!

When we are under stress, from the restrictions of Covid-19, or other life stressors, breathing can become restricted and altered, and a calm mind more difficult to achieve. This video offers you some techniques to use to help with restoring proper breathing patterns and a more restful mind. It is good to do this exercise one, or more, times per day. Enjoy this exercise in a pleasant space in, or outside of, your home. Your 'happy place' you might say. As you can see, mine is on the deck outdoors. Once you achieve these techniques through focused practice in a seated position, you can use them on the fly during stressful moments in your everyday life in, and outside, the home.
